EMSA Construction was awarded two Phantom Fireworks Stores at the same time. The projects were completed during PA winters with temperatures below -10 °F. We had to close the building first before the concrete slab could be poured inside with the help of temporary heat. At the end we were able to finish the projects at owners regarded date which was two months before their big day “4th of July”.
